Some thoughts on employee survey reporting. In this document we plot down some ideas on how to visualize the results from employee surveys.
Gap charts are a way to illustrate differences between your unit’s score and a benchmark (like average/total of whole organisation). A good advice is also to show the actual differences in a column.
